Booking Cost
Staying at this hotel offers good value for money. The cost ranges from $600 to $1000, varying with the season. The attached screenshot shows the rates for a stay in June, which require between 50,000 to 60,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points.
The rates are surprisingly low, likely due to Florida's intense heat.
Is it worth the $600 price tag? That's the crucial question.
Upon check-in, the lobby's elegance was immediately apparent. I had visited the property the day prior and was impressed. Returning, the lobby maintained its charm, despite the long lines for check-in. The service was exceptional; not once did I encounter rudeness. An unexpected free upgrade was a delightful bonus.

Golf Course Review
Although I didn't play, the golf course was impeccably maintained, showcasing stunning landscapes. It seemed deserted, with no players in sight. The 18-hole course sprawls across the Tiburon complex.

Property Food & Dining
Breakfast was the only meal I had at the hotel. The in-room dining experience was wonderful. We had an Egg White Frittata and custom omelet, both delicious. My smoked salmon bagel was decent, but nothing special.
Pool and Gym Area
The waterpark, presumably named The Reservoir, featured a lazy river with an impressively strong current. The water slide experience surpassed that of other hotels. Additionally, the gym's layout was peculiar, combining exercise and massage areas.

Room Design & Condition
As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite. The room's design and comfort scored a perfect ten. While the rooms could benefit from a renovation, they were still quite acceptable. The Ritz bed was so comfortable, it made waking up in the morning was a challenge.
These are the pros and cons to consider about this property:
PROS:
An amazing waterpark
Outstanding service
The property is beautiful
If you stay in the Tiburon property, you get access to the amenities of the beachfront Ritz Carlton property
Amazing Golf Course
CONS:
Location is far from Naples 5th Avenue, so you need a car.
The rooms can use a renovation
I love the hotel and the review!
