Brickell City Center's Hotel: An EAST Miami Review

1. Booking Cost

I recently stayed at the EAST Miami in Brickell. Booking EAST costs from $300 to $500. I got a good rate at $334 taxes and fees included.

Now, IS IT WORTH THE 500 DOLLAR PRICE TAG?

2. Room

They gave me an upgrade from a standard double bedroom to a king bed one bedroom suite. The suite was beautiful. The room had a very cozy feel, and the bed was super comfy-it did not disappoint. It had a Nespresso coffee machine with some sugar and non-dairy creamer powder packets. The bathroom was nice. I give them points for having filtered water in the bathrooms - saves time by not having to go to the gym to refill my water bottle. The shower was delicious with their specially branded Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash. The only downsides were that the room smelled like they had sprayed too much air fragrance, and that the corridor had an odor I couldn't determine.

3. Dining Experience

I did not test any food service in the hotel. However, you have various restaurants to choose in the hotel such as Sugar, Quinto, Domain, Pool Bar, and Tea Room.

4. Facilities and Services

The pool was amazing. I loved the design of the cabanas. The hot tub was very relaxing. The gym had a nice view and is well-equipped.

5. Location and Accessibility

I loved the location! The East is connected to Brickell City Center! I went walking in the morning to the mall while my secondary traveler got ready to have breakfast. It has a very close proximity to Mary Brickell Village too!

6. Value for Money

I would say a 6 out of 10. Why? Here is my breakdown, the pool was minimally sized which made it very crowded on busy days. Bouncers holding back my secondary traveler in the lobby, which made him think it was annoying because we were paying a lot to stay there.
