Naples Newest Hotel: Reviewing the AC Hotel Naples

I recently visited Naples, FL, where I've consistently had poor hotel experiences. However, this changed with the new AC Hotel! It boasts a modern design and stylish rooms.

Lobby and Check in Process

The lobby boasts a beautiful design, complete with modern and sleek furniture. From the moment you enter, a delightful scent greets you, and the area is bathed in light. The lady who checked us in was very kind, offering us a room with a balcony. However, the remainder of the front desk staff was impolite.

The Hotel's Food Scene

I didn't dine frequently at the hotel, so my experience is limited, but I did have breakfast once at Limon, their on-site restaurant. It was adorned beautifully, consistent with the hotel's overall aesthetic. However, the servers were exceptionally impolite, which is not acceptable for a renowned hotel brand like Marriott. Nonetheless, the food was tasty, and the selection of cheeses in the buffet was also quite enjoyable.

Room Design & Condition

The rooms were aesthetically pleasing, with attractive wallpaper and art, complemented by a nice bathroom. The bed provided such comfort that waking up was a challenge. Although the room was slightly cramped for three people, we managed to be comfortable.

- Rude service throughout the hotel

- Unsanitary pool conditions
